Post UTME out?
Well to all doubters and unsure folks, Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Screening Exercise Application Form for Fuotuoke 2019/2020 Session (Academics) is out. Yes friends it's out! and pretty fast!
And all those who wants to gain 200 level admission in Fuotuoke, i think this is your time to rush at this golden opportunity.
Also, you're eligible if you scored 160 and above in 2019/2020 Jamb Utme Examination and if you do the neccessary change of institution (for those who do not have Fuotuoke as their first Choice).
The FUOTUOKE Post UTME form sells for #2,000 naira only, and can be obtained online by Paying at the bank option or nonstressingly, through the use of a Debit Card.
To be on the right path and, not fumble around the bush and get frustrated at the end its necessary you go to the school site; http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng or www.fuotuoke.edu.ng for potent instruction as regarding the Online Form.
Once, you click on this particular School's site. when it flips open, you should check on the left hand side, you'll see an inscription, "HERE", click on it, it will lead you to the purchase proper.
They will ask you whether you've the pin or you want to buy one. You should click "Buy Pin". Once you're through with that you will see under; Request for names, phone numbers, etc. Please put your complete initials, the one you used for your Jamb. Don't put the name of another person here at all, not even the person processing the form for you (Take note!). If you put another person's name instead of yours, you have forfeited and wasted your N2,000 and mind you, its non-refundable.
It's is no news that you should submit a valid email address and phone number in your online application. So be wise!!
Once done it will open, requesting you choose whether you want to pay through Remita or otherwise (they will show you other options). I recommend you choose "Remita". Its safe and easy!
At this particular time, the person who is processing the form for you (From the Cybercafe), will now put his Remita name and Debit card details. The Bank will contact the person for verification.
After its has been verified, it will load and show you your name, Pin and other necessaries. Click on the website shown below, it will retrace you back to the place you should put your pin.
When you're done with that then your much awaited Form is opened!!....Just follow the procedures and within minutes you're done!
When you've gotten to the area where you'll Put your 2019 Original Jamb Result Printout, Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-level Result, LGA Identification Letter, Birth Certificate or Age Declaration, it's necessary you convert it to PDF file before it will be uploaded.
Once you're done with the Filling of the Form, the Date for the Post UTME Exercise for you will be shown in your Completed 'Screening Schedule Slip'.
Please Note that this Form started on Tuesday June 25, 2019 and will Expire on the 31st July, 2019!
The only items for your Screening Test is, Your Screening Schedule Slip which you will bring along when coming.
Do not bring the following items to the Screening; Calculators, Bags of any kind, Mathematical Tables, Gsm Phones as these stuffs are not needed and can get stolen which the Authorities will not be liable for its loss.
You can be Disqualified if you make False Declaration of Utme Scores, O-Level Results Grades or False State of Origin.
Candidates who are successful at the long run will be issued a Letter of Invitation to Report at the University Campus for Further Verification.
