LOSING YOUR WEIGHT WITHOUT DIETING; THE INVENTIVE LOOK-OUTS FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY !!!



Most people really don't like their looks and so decides on a pretty futile decision to be mad at themselves or sometimes bleach or do something to their skin that may be deadly or serious.




Well, the reason why this script is coming at this particular phase of life to you is that, there is hope and that hope resides in you.


Nobody is ugly, i do say. The reason is that, there is a particular dress, for example, that a suppose ugly person will put on that you'll so love the person and scream, "wow, you're beautiful!!', and then, there is some clothing the expected paramount of beauty may put on that, will make he/she be taken for a toothless pig!!


Well, am not talking about 'the mode of dressing', this particular time. What am dealing on today, is how you can really lose your weight without going on a frustrating diet. 


And trust me, you'll gain a lot. That's for those who wants to slim up or have someone who is undergoing problems of slimming proccessing, 


Ithas been scientifically proven that health conditions that are in the Chronic stage like high cholesterol, heart disease, type 2- diabetes or even stroke have their origin from EXCESS WEIGHT !!


And i do think you should while, eating this fat-reducing food have a mindset of forgetting about counting calories and, you know, just focusing on eating the healthy foods. 

I tell you, if you have this mindset, the result is that you'll lose weight and feel more energetic and healthy without worrying at all, by thinking you're sacrificing anything, which may include enjoyment (people have towards eating food), while undergoing the process.




Please you should know that preparing and selecting your own very meals, is one of the sure methods of  saving cash and of course losing weight.


Having done with that, lets list some of the healthiest food you can ever eat. 


Fresh Veggies (vegetables) like salad, fruits, meat or fish(moderation), nuts, fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, minerals, consists some healthiest food.


You can get some sickly or poor-nutrient meals  from those fast foods or should i call them 'refined foods', which are very common around.

 All the same, if you eat these fast foods, i tell you, you'll grow fatter than ever with an increasing number in calories but reducing amount of nutrients.


Done with that lets talk about important nutrients. Take for example, Phytonutrients such as catechins, carotene, anthocyanins etc, are plant nutrients that are very essential to health and can only be found in the healthiest of foods.


And the funny part of the whole issue is that, the healthiest food are only grouped into three, they are Fresh fruits, Vegetables and Salads. The more you eat these, you open your body system to a new platform of being healthy, and escaping problems like excess weight (otherwise called obesity).


One Cup of cooked Spinach for example, has in itself 41 calories and you gain sixteen more nutrients (16) !!! having in its group wonderful beneficial nutrients like pro-vitamin A and Vitamin K.


Romaine Lettuce (Salad), another beautiful example of a healthy food has been scientifically proven that for just 16 calories you are straight ahead in getting Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Folate, Manganese, Chromium, and also our nice friend Vitamin B.  

So it is advisable you should be eating Salad everyday. It has more than Twenty-five (25) nutrients.


Now lets talk about just one example of a nutrient-embodied fruit. Take for example, the Fruit called Blueberry(s), which has some wide range of vitamins, fiber, also Phytonutrients. 

This fruit graciously is a natural source of Sugar (according to Nutrient-Experts). One cup of Blueberries contains 81 calories.



You can add this to your daily food intake; for Veggies, take for example, Crimini mushrooms, Tomatoes, Summer Squash, Carrots, Garlic, EggPlant, Green Peas, Bell Peppers, Sweet Potatoes, Avocados, Olive Oil, Corn and Sea Vegetables, etc. 


For Legumes take Soybeans, Pinto Beans, Dried Peas, Garbonzo Beans, Lima Beans and Black Beans, Etc.

I will conclude by saying that, Without these healthy foods available in the body system, Body Metabolism is a huge Problem. It has on its payroll in maintaining Healthy cells. 


Yep, no muscle can communicate by contracting without the use of these foods. Even Oxygen is costly and very rare in our blood when they are absent or on strike in our Body System.
