CONTINENTS AND THEIR LANDMARKS-The Segments Of The Earth That Holds All Segregated Ground Mass In The Planet-Dare To Learn A Little, Dare To Learn More!

Wow! Auspiciously Great! The World, particularly, The Earth-which support us Humans and everything that's in it, is more or less a Paradise-Its now Scenerio is a Testimony of how perfect it was, a long time ago. 

 Now, What is a Continent? A Continent can be defined as one of the many expanse landscapes in Planet Earth. Constituting of Approximately Twenty-nine(29) percent of the Earth's total area.

The Earth is composed of Seven Continents in its Shell which are Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Antarctica. 

 The Earth's Biggest Continent by landmass and its People is Asia, entailing roughly Sixty percent(60%) of the Total Population- of about 4.5 Billion(june 2019) inhabitants. It is 44,579,000 Sq miles and that's about 30% of Earth's Total Land Area and 8.7% of The Earth's Total Surface Area. 

 It has 49(Forty-nine) UN members, 1 UN Observer and Five(5) other States. 

It combines with Europe in the West to give birth to Eurasia, it's surrounded in the South by Indian Ocean, in the North by Arctic Ocean and in the East, Pacific Ocean. 

 Asia is the Birthplace of Christianity, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, Islam, Confucianism, Tabiosm, Buddhism, Hinduism and Sikhism.

The next, Africa, is the Second largest in Mass and in Population, encircling roughly Sixteen percent(16%) of the Entire Continents-with a Population of 1.3 Billion Inhabitants. 

Having 30.3 Million Km2(11.7 Million Sq Miles) which is Six(6) percent of the Earth's Total Surface Area and Twenty(20%) Percent of its Land Area.

 It has Fifty-four(54) fully Recognized Sovereign Countries, Two defacto Independent States with limited or no recognition. 

 It is surrounded by Oceans and Seas in all directions. The Indian Ocean encircles its South West, while, The Red Sea encircles The Northeast. The North is the Mediterranean Sea and the West, Atlantic Ocean. 

 Africa has between 1250-3000 Native languages with Nigeria as its largest by population and Algeria as its largest by Land Area. 

Eastern Africa is recognized as the Origin of Humans and The Hominidae Clade(Great Ape). 

 North America is the next in list, it's the Third Biggest Continent- About Eight percent(8%)which is roughly 24,709,000 Km2(9,540,000 Sq) and the fourth biggest Continent in Population- with 528,720,588 Inhabitants in its jurisdiction as of 2018. 

The Atlantic Ocean encircles in the East, on the North lies the Actic Ocean, The Southern axis of it rest the Caribbean Sea, while The Pacific Ocean borders it on the West.

 Hundreds of million years ago, it was a part of a Larger ancient Supercontinent named Laurasia. It has Twenty-three(23) Countries and Ninety-five(95) Cities.

 The Fourth Largest Continent is South America bordering roughly Six percent(6%) of the Total Population-of about 382,000,000 Inhabitants. It has an Area of 17,840,000 Sq Kilometers(6,690,000 Sq mi)-That's 3.5% of the Earth Surface.

 

It ran Fourth among Continents in Land Area and a Fifth after Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. Its Countries are Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Falkland Islands(UK), French Guiana(France), Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, The South Georgina and The South Sandwich Islands(UK), Suriname, Uruguay and Venezula-all Fifteen(15) Countries. 

 Encircles on the North-west by The Caribean Sea, The Pacific Ocean by the West, and the Atlantic Ocean in an entire majesty from its North to East. 

 Europe is the Six largest Continent(The Second tiniest) on Earth and it's the Third most Populous having in its disposal about Eleven Percent. Boasting of about 741 Million Inhabitants(as of 2018) and roughly 2% of the Earth's Surface-10,180,000Km2(3,930,000 Sq kilometer) and 6.8% of Land Area. 

 Russia is its Largest(about 39% of the Continent and 15% of its Population). It combines with Asia to form Western Eurasia, Atlantic Ocean to the West, Asia to the East, Mediteranean to the South, Actic Ocean to the North and by the East The Ural Mountains.

 It's the birth place of Western Civilization. 

The next- Australia, is the Smallest populous Continent in the World having in its complexities New Guinea, Tasmania, The Mainland of Australia, Rajat Ampat Islands and Aru Islands.

 Boasting of a population of approximately 26,000,000 Inhabitants, its made up of 0.5 percent of Earth's Population. 

 The Arafura Sea, Timor Sea and Torres Strait surrounds its North, The Tasman Sea and Coral Sea borders its East, Along The Bass Strait and Indian Ocean lies its South and The West sits The Indian Ocean. It's the Driest, Oldest and Flattest Inhabited Continent with the smallest Fertile Soils.

 It has a Landmass of 7,617,930 Sq Kilometers(2,941,300 Sq mi). Australia's Capital is Canberra, its largest City is Sydney. 

It has 52.1% Christianity, 30.1% No-religion, 2.6% Islam, 2.4% Buddhism, 1.9% Hinduism, 0.5% Sikhism, 0.4% Judaism, 0.4% other. 

 It's a highly Urbanised Country, especially on its Eastern Sea board. It has Six States and Ten territories and retrieves its Income from Mining, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Banking. 

It is the Tenth Biggest in terms of Capita Income. It has the Thirteenth Biggest Military Expenditure and the Third Biggest Human development Index. It's the Earth's largest Islands. 

It has the Highest number of Reptiles than all the Countries of the World. It's the Fourth Largest Exporter of Wine! 

 And lastly, on our list, is the Most Mysterious, Fifth Biggest and Sourthernmost Continent on Planet Earth, The Continent of Antartica. With 14,200,000 Sq Kilometers(5,500,000 Sq miles), it's almost Twice the Continent of Australia. It's the least Populated Continent with 0.0008 people per Square Kilometer- roughly 1,106 Inhabitants.  

Encircled by the Southern Waters of World Oceans it is the Coldest and Windiest of all Continents.

 Approximately Ninety-Eight(98) percent of it is covered by Ice measuring in its Density and thickness roughly 1.9 Km(6,200 ft) averagely. 

It has no Country. It has the highest Elevation(averagely) than all the other Continents. It is an Icy Desert. No rain has frequenced in Antartica for the last Two Millenium years but that notwithstanding, about Eighty Percent(80%) of Freshwater prisons(Worldly) are stored there.

 Plants, Fungi, Bacteria, Algae, Mites, Penguins, Seals, Nematodes and Tardigrades are some Organisms that take Antartica as its Homes. 

 It was the last discovered Continent. It's Temperature ranges from -63(degrees Celsuis) to -89.2(degrees Celsuis). 

 Since 1959, roughly number of thirty-eight Countries have signed the Antartica Treaty to protect it from Mineral Mining, Militia Actions, Waste Disposal(Nuclear ones) without relinguishing its support for Scientific probings etc. 

It's approximately 1.3 times bigger than Europe. Antartica is Indigenous to about Seventy Lakes. 

 In Recapitulation, i dare say that about Five Hundred Million years ago, all The Planets were joined to form The Continent GONDOLA while, a Billion years back, The Continent RHODENIAN was formed.
